EcoColors started to operate exclusive ecotourism in 1997. Very fast EcoColors found out that the most important criteria to provide unique experiences was the quality of guides giving good natural interpretation as well as having a well design product where people could really enjoy nature.

EcoColors started then the training of its guides in topics of biology, ecology, tourism, ecotourism, environmental interpretation, administration giving as a result a very well developed product and great experiences for the customers.

Taking in consideration Ecocolors experience in the tourist operation of exclusive tours of adventure and ecotourism several NGO´s ( such as WWF ), as well as the Federal government ( SECTUR ) of Mexico requested EcoColors the design and training of environmental interpretation courses. Follow to that subjects as product development and marketing ecotourism where also ask to be part of the courses taught.

Up to date many different local Mayan communities as well as guides for Mexico have benefited form the courses and experience EcoColors has in the field.
