Tour Yucatan Family Adventure

Enjoy a fantastic week of family bonding and getting to know the most important archaeological sites of Yucatan Peninsula such as Chichen Itza and Coba. Engage in adventure activities such as in snorkeling, kayaking, bicycling, hikingn and zip lining. and explore the protected areas of Yucatan, such as Sian Ka’an, the reef of Puerto Morelos and more.

Day 1 Arrival in Mexico

Arrival in Mexico at Cancun Airport. Meet and greet and transfer to Puerto Morelos. The transfer takes approximately 25 minutes. The purpose of this day mainly is acclimatization and relaxation at the beach.
Puerto Morelos has white sandy beaches and a blue, clear carribean sea. We will spend the night at the Carmen Hacienda hotel in Puerto Morelos.

Day 2 Snorkeling and hiking

You start the day with a snorkeling trip to the second largest coral reef in the world. Afterwards, we will have lunch. Later, we will go on a hike through the Mayan jungle. Discover the unique wildlife such as the spider monkeys. We spend the night at the Carmen Hacienda hotel in Puerto Morelos.

Day 3 Bicycle tour and zip-line

Today a bicycle trip through the jungle is planned, to show you the other site of the jungle. The trip brings you to several unique spots, for example a cenote. Here, there you also have not only the possibility tos swim, but also to cross the cenote with a zip line. Afterwards, we cycle back to the Carmen Hacienda hotel to enjoy the afternoon at the beach. We spend the night here.

Day 4 Chichen Itza

Today we visit Chichen Itza, just named one of the new 7 wonders of the world. Experience the magnificent archaeological site and hear about the history of this great place. Travel back in time to understand the culture of the Mayas. Enjoy the great view you have from one of the famous pyramids, an experience you will never forget. Moreover, this trip includes a visit to the cenote of Ikkil. At the end of the day we will bring you back to the Carmen Hacienda hotel in Puerto Morelos.

Day 5 Coba

Today we visit the great archaeological site of Coba. Be impressived by its rich history. On the way back you have the possibility to snorkel in the Gran Cenote or Aktun Ha Cenote. Afterwards, we will return to the Carmen Hacienda hotel in Puerto Morelos.

Day 6 Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve

This day starts with a visit to the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. Besides learning about the importance of Mexicos protected national area, we will kayak through the wetlands, hike through the jungle and visit the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve museum. Afterwards, we return to the Carmen Hacienda hotel in Puerto Morelos.

Day 7 Departure to Cancun Airport
